Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my most memorable teaching experiences was with a student who struggled with reading. No matter how hard he tried, he felt discouraged and frustrated. I worked with him patiently l used creative and engaging strategies to make reading fun. One day he picked up a book and read a full paragraph aloud with confidence. The joy and pride on his face were unforgettable. Seeing the moment of success and knowing I played a part in his growth reminded me why I became a teacher.
What would you do with the $25,000?What I would do with the $25,000 is take a well deserved break by taking a vacation, treat myself or spend time with loved ones to recharge. I’d also give back to my school or donate to a charity, help a struggling student or family, or simply contribute to a cause I’m passionate about. But mostly I’d put some of it into my savings or emergency fund for financial security.
