Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher to leave a positive mark on all of my students. I wanted them to fall in love with learning and attain a life long belief in themselves, so they can persevere and achieve their life long goals.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable teaching moments have to do with watching children who struggle with connecting sounds, therefore not able to read…..finally put their sounds together and realizing they are finally reading ❤️

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to improve my students overall learning experience. I would get all the learning resources, art supplies, and manipulatives…I know they would benefit tremendously from. I would also get an interactive smart board for my classroom. Finally a new and improved playground!!
