Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThe first time that I saw the “light” turn on in a student’s eyes - when they understood something that had not made sense to them before. Their excitement and pride was amazing to me.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I had $25,000, I would spend it on equipment that helps low vision students use their functional vision to access academic material that they cannot access with their limited vision. This equipment is expensive and difficult to acquire with school funds.
