I became a teacher because I love working with children and encouraging them to love learning! I have always had a great rapport with children since I was younger! Teaching for the past 38 years is still so much fun and rewarding! My students are the reason I’m still teaching, they inspire me to be my best as I encourage them to be their best!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable experience teaching was during COVID when I had to teach 30 kindergarteners on Zoom! Having this be a new experience for myself and no training on how to teach online I was very apprehensive! My students were so excited for Kindergaryen but jumping into Zoom was not how we all wanted our Kindergarten experience to be. I didn’t let a computer stop me from making this experience a fun and memorable experience for my students!
What would you do with the $25,000?If I was awarded 25,000 dollars I would take my family on a nice, and much needed vacation. I love spending time with my family but with all of our busy schedules we have less time together. I would love to take my family of four somewhere fun and relaxing where we can decompress and spend quality time together! Family time is sooooo important! 💗
