I became a teacher because my senior year English teacher was beyond amazing and helpful! She was the reason I survived college too. I wanted to be able to impact children and support them the way they need it!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience is when my students got their STAAR test scores back and many of them achieved a level they’ve never seen before. They came back to me to tell me! They gave me the biggest hug and said thank you. I will never forget that.
What would you do with the $25,000?I personally would pay off my debt that I acquired while on maternity leave with my first child. The remaining amount I would put back into my classroom and my students! I will purchase binders, spirals, folders, pencils and other supplies for the kids!
