At 40, I returned to school, believing education was essential for securing stable job to support my family. Teaching runs in my family and a favorite teacher often reminded me it's the noblest profession. Initially, I pursued teaching for practical reason, but as I began my teaching journey, I realized it was more than a job—it was my calling.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy current role as a J-1 teacher in the US is my most memorable teaching experience. This position offers a unique opportunity for me for cultural exchange and professional growth, allowing me to make a meaningful impacts on students from diverse backgrounds. This also deepened my commitment to education.
What would you do with the $25,000?Part of the money will be donated to my home country to acquire books for our library , further enriching our educational resources.
