I became a teacher because I wanted to be the teacher I never had. I wanted to make learning fun and exciting. I wanted school to be a fun place to be. I love seeing my kids enjoying their learning.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was teaching online during COVID. I was a first grade teacher at the time and I had kids who started the year not even knowing what the letter 's' was. By the end of our time together, I had kiddos running breakout groups and doing partner reading. Every student was a reader at the end of that year. Not all on grade level, but all reading.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to help get my three boys through college. They are all brilliant babes and I only want the best for them! ❤️
