Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher to inspire young minds, build confidence, and create a love for learning that lasts a lifetime. Seeing my students grow and succeed brings me joy every day!

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My students have Bible incorporated in our curriculum (Christian school) and we did a project on our families trusting in God. It was important to our class because we are learning how to be people of trust and how we rely on trust and it was a transformative experience.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into laying the foundation for my school, ensuring it provides an enriching educational experience that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to lead with integrity and succeed in all aspects of life. This funding would go toward curriculum development, securing learning materials, and creating a nurturing environment that fosters academic excellence, emotional and mental well-being, spiritual growth, and leadership potential.
