I became a teacher so that I could share my enthusiasm and love for learning with growing minds every day.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI partnered with the head of MIKA, our local karate school, and he came in bi-weekly to teach a lesson about work ethic, discipline, motivation, resiliency, responsibility, and respect to my class. Students were able to learn a new way to break a board, and through their actions and effort at school earned the priviledge of breaking a board, which they kept as a keepsake.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would take my children on a family vacation, buy more flexible seating for my classroom, and use the rest on my student loans.
