I became a teacher because I am passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. Teaching allows me to inspire and guide students, helping them discover their potential and achieve their goals. I love sharing knowledge, fostering curiosity, and building a supportive environment where students can grow academically and personally. As a teacher, I find purpose and fulfillment in shaping the future, one student at a time, and contributing to their lifelong success.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

A Filipino foreign teacher being adopted into the Chippewa Native American Tribe is a testament to my passion and dedication to teaching and serving the community. This incredible honor reflects the deep connections I built through education, cultural understanding, and mutual respect. It reinforced my commitment to creating meaningful relationships, inspiring growth, and embracing diversity, making a lasting impact on both my life and the lives of those I teach.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win $25,000 as the America's favorite teacher Award recipient, I will invest in enhancing my teaching methods and resources to benefit my students. I plan to create innovative educational programs, integrate advanced technology into the classroom, and support underprivileged students with learning materials. Additionally, I will pursue professional development opportunities to improve my skills and share best practices with fellow educators, fostering a greater impact on the community.
