Learn MoreIt kind of just happened really. The career chose me. I had the opportunity to work with young children earlier in my life which inspired me to go to college to get my degree. I have been teaching ever since before and after I graduated.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI have so many but I think one of my favorites was when I was sick and the teacher I worked with had the children make me a video telling me they missed me and and hoped I got better soon so I could come back to school.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably spend some of it on my students as I always spend money on them every year and then take the grand kids to the beach. Some of them have never been to a beach.
