My passion has always been children. From when I started babysitting as a teenager I knew children was my calling. The why has never left and that is when the first hug you get from a child just hearing the sound of your voice. The joy, happiness, and the trust you build with a child is just heartwarming.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThe most memorable experience I will never forget is when I was able to help a child eat solid food for the first time. She had been going through therapy for textures and all other things you must go through in food therapy yet, she just would not eat! I told her parents challenge accepted let’s get her eating. I came up with a game plan with my co-teacher at the time that my focus when it was time to eat would be one on one for as long as it took but my student was going to eat and she did!!
What would you do with the $25,000?1.) tithe to my lord and savior 2.)Give my own 2 children the home they deserve 3.) give back to children however god calls that to look like.
