One of my most memorable teaching experiences was the moment I watched my students transform from learners into scientists inside the Ruffin NeuroLab. If I were awarded the $25,000, I would invest it directly into expanding access to hands-on STEM education and immersive learning through the Ruffin NeuroLab and RNL City. A major portion would go toward upgrading lab equipment and supplies so more students can gain real-world research experience—learning techniques like cell culture, protein analysis, and data interpretation. Many students never get this level of exposure, and this funding would allow me to remove that barrier and train even m
