Learn MoreI always used to pretend to be a teacher when I was a child. The most important reason I chose to become a teacher is because when I had my son at the age of 25 I knew I had to make myself a better person. I choose teaching as a career because I love to see children learn and grow nothing beats seeing a student who thinks they where failing to accomplish their goals their faces lights up and it makes me happy.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience is at my current job. I have students that's on IEPs and seeing these students accomplish passing the Ohio State Test and Assessments is a memorable moment. Last year I accomplished 100% of my students passing their test and moving on to the 4th grade. It was a challenge with my behavior students but we did it.
