Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher to plant seeds of knowledge, confidence, and hope in every child I reach. I believe education changes lives, and I want my students to see that they can be anything their hearts desire. Teaching allows me to inspire, guide, and make a lasting difference every single day.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was watching a students who struggled at the beginning of the year finally believe in themselves. After weeks of encouragement, extra help, and reminding them they were capable, they passed a major test with confidence. The smile on their face helping them realize their true success.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won $25,000, I would buy a classroom set of laptops for E-Hall Social Studies, Science, Math, and ELA, add educational resources like books and kits, provide healthy snacks, and help a struggling family pay a bill, so a child can focus on learning without worrying about home challenges.
