Tell us why you became a teacher

Being an educator is in my blood. My mother and father were elementary teachers. I became a teacher to make an impact on students today. Everyday I get to teach, inspire and motivate.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable teaching experience was when I taught a young girl who had an emotional behavior disability. I could see the potential in her everyday but she would not let anyone get close to the root of the problem. She made good grades in class, but she needed help with her social skills. I worked with her everyday and never gave up. December 2025, this student graduated high school and invited me to her celebration. She told me how she remembered everything I told her and she thanked me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would expand my tutoring business to more students. I would offer scholarships to parents who cant afford to pay for tutoring.
