I became a teacher because I wanted to make a difference with our youth. School is a safe place for so many kiddos, and I try my best to make them love school and want to come back!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a parent enroll their child in prek. All this parent did was yell constantly. I helped with parenting classes as well as college classes. Both her kids are teachers and she is an EMT! The little things go so far with families!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate $5000 to my school and pay my student loans with the rest of the money. Maybe take a little for myself as well.
