Tell us why you became a teacher

I became a teacher because I love working with young children and helping them grow. As a preschool teacher, I enjoy guiding them as they learn, build confidence, and discover new things every day. It brings me joy to make a positive difference in their lives.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable experiences was watching a very shy preschooler gain confidence. At the beginning of the year, they barely spoke, but over time they began participating, making friends, and smiling more. Seeing that growth meant everything to me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received the $25,000, I would use it to update classroom materials, add hands-on learning tools, and improve our learning spaces. My goal would be to give my preschool students engaging resources that support their growth and love of learning.
