I became a teacher to help students learn in all types of ways, and to teach them skills that can be used in the classroom and outside of the classroom.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience from this year would be my 4th grade student who brought God (Jesus Christ) into a social studies concept we were discussing. He drew an intricate picture of an angel covered in angel wings and eyes, and was beyond fantastic!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use a small portion of it to pay off my student loans, and I would also donate a large sum to A21, a nonprofit organization that helps to reach, rescue, and restore the lives of those that have been human trafficked. They’ve done incredible things over the last 10 years, and I would love for more people to financially be able to help!
