I have always said I wanted to teach, since I was in middle school. It’s my passion to be a light to students who don’t have a positive person in their life. I want to leave a mark on all students I get to work with.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMost memorable moment for me is getting to see my past/current students getting to go back to their home district. I work at a behavioral school, so they have been placed out of their public school setting and sent to us for more therapy and more assistance to get on the right path. I have seen several of my past students go back and several that are almost ready.
What would you do with the $25,000?I honestly would donate it to my school to go towards a new playground. Our playground is old and they need a new one. They only have a basketball court, one slide, 2 swings and climbing bars.
