I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was six years old. I admired my first grade teacher, Mrs. Rice. I have always loved working with children.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching moment was after our family had a house fire. We lost everything including two of our beloved dogs. The students that I took care of were the ones that stepped up and took care of us and helped us through the most devastating time. One of my former students even made a quilt that the entire school signed for us.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the money in our retirement fund, as I am getting close to retirement. That would help us out tremendously!
