I have always loved to learn, thanks to some amazing educators of my own. I wanted to instill the same love of learning into others. The tough kids that I get through to are why it's worth it.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceThere are many that stand out, but seeing my alternative students overcome extreme challenges and become successful adults and productive citizens is very rewarding! Especially knowing I had a small part in it.
What would you do with the $25,000?Pay off my car, take a trip, and give back to my students in need.
