Honestly, I felt like I had no where else to go. I was going from one server job to next. I knew a person who could recommend me and get me in with a middle school. It wasn’t until I started working at my job, that I started living to work instead of working to live.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceHonestly, everyday is memorable. Every year is different and learning about the kids is memorable. Teaching is memorable when the classroom bursts into laughter, when unlikely friends become best friends, and when learning becomes a positive and fulfilling experience.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start school again and get my degree in evolutionary biology. I would love to navigate college with minimal debt. :)
