I became a teacher because I believe education can change lives. I want to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and support students as they discover their strengths. Helping young people grow academically and personally is meaningful work, and I value the opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact while continuing to learn and grow alongside my students.

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

My most memorable teaching experience was helping a struggling student finally understand a concept they had been frustrated with for weeks. Seeing their face light up with confidence and pride reminded me why I teach. It wasn’t just about the lesson, but about building trust, patience, and belief in their ability to succeed. That moment showed me the real impact a teacher can have beyond the classroom.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would focus on improving my financial stability and future. I’d pay down debt, build an emergency savings fund, and invest a portion for long-term growth. I would also set aside some money for personal development or further education, helping me grow both professionally and personally while creating a more secure and balanced life.
