I became a teacher because my daughter was starting elementary school and I wanted to be home with her. I found my lifes passion in teaching.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI believe it has to be everytime one of my students wins at SkillsUSA district and state. To see the excitement on their faces is amazing, they are always thanking me but I tell them this is all you. You did this.
What would you do with the $25,000?I think I would pay off the credit card I had to use to put a transmission in my Ford Edge. I would then take a vacation with my husband who recently became a bus driver. We haven't had a real vacation together since our honeymoon almost 30 years ago. Then replenish our savings account since I had to help my daughter out with rent since she became unemployed.
