Learn MoreI love seeing kids get excited about learning. Education unlocks so many doors and creates opportunities that might not otherwise exist. When students begin to understand something new and feel successful, their confidence grows. Learning can and should be fun, and I enjoy helping students discover that excitement.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my favorite moments as a teacher is when a child learns to read. I love seeing the excitement on their face when it finally “clicks” and they begin reading with less struggle. You can see the pride they feel in themselves. Children are naturally excited about learning, and I love being able to nurture that excitement and keep it alive.
What would you do with the $25,000?Get some much-needed items for my classroom. As well as going back to school to get my masters in education.
