Teaching is my passion. I teach Spanish as an additional language, my favorite thing to teach is compassion and empathy.

Honestly, it’s not a beautiful story. All my childhood I had teachers that were mean to me and treated me poorly. I didn’t know I had ADHD until my adulthood. So my experiences made me make other kids’s experiences better than mine. I truly love my students and what I teach.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI can’t pick from one in particular. But, I usually teach Spanish to 6th graders and they usually call me their “second mom” at school and also, I teach them the foundation of Spanish and Hispanic culture and they come back to me fluent in the language and they all mention to me that they continued with Spanish because of my passion teaching the language and how I inspired them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would add it to my two daughters’ college fund.
