My mother was a teacher for most of my life so I always watched her and wanted to do the same, my dad raised me in agriculture so I combined the two.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceWhen I was substitute teaching before getting my teaching license I had my first real experience of seeing a student finally understand what I was teaching them when their eyes lit up with understand it gave me that warm feeling that I was meant to be a teacher.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’m about to get my teaching license so it would go towards paying off student loans and possibly go towards my ag Ed program to help my students learn and understand agriculture.
