I struggled in school but along the way I always had a teacher positively impact my journey so I am paying it forward! I understand struggles because I experienced them personally!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceA student came to me years after I taught him. This young man couldn’t read until he was in the 6th grade. I was so proud of him when he passed his first state test in reading. Years later he came and found me to let me know he had a successful military career and family. I thought my heart would burst!
What would you do with the $25,000?I might take vacation! lol No, I would love to decorate my room with a special reading corner! Relaxed seating, carpet, special lighting and bookshelves filled on every shelf.
