I became a teacher because of all of the wonderful teachers I had when I was in school. I love being able to break down content and find fun and interactive ways to encourage my students.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was teaching the novel "Thunder Rolling in the Mountains" and watching my students gain a love of history and historical fiction. Old U.S. history/westward expansion can be boring for students, but through crafts, creativity, and my own love of the subject area, my students loved it just as much as I did. That was an amazing success.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to put a down payment on a house!
