I can remember my first grade teacher, Ms Eddy was the sweetest soul. She's the reason I felt love at school. My grandma was head of the children's ministry at church so I would always help her out with the children. I knew from a young age I wanted to show love to children younger than me. I want children to feel what I felt when I was a child, the love from someone outside of their home.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was back in 2022-2023, I was working for FPC Children's Center and I was fairly new to working with infants and I don't have any children of my own. I watched those babies grow from babies to toddlers right before my eyes. I had so many great opportunities from working with those children and their families, even outside of the center. I attended one of the family's wedding, I babysat majority of them on the weekends; just overall was my favorite experience!
What would you do with the $25,000?If I were to win $25,000, I would first pay off my student loan debts. I graduated with my degree back in 2020 and havent been able to pay those back yet. Then, I would invest some back into the current school I work at, things I know the children would LOVE. I'm currently looking for a place to live so that would definitely help with those expenses. I have some great friends who have been helping me out so I would give some to them as well. I probably would also try to pay off my car too.
