I had different ways of learning information when I was growing up. That made me feel like an outsider. It took me years to accommodate and advocate for myself. I wanted to assist others to use their innate talent to be successful in the classroom and in life.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI have so many moments. I love when a student learns something new and they are excited about it. The little sparks of learning that take place all week in my classroom. The best feeling is when a student enjoys coming to school.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would complete a class or professional development related to brain health.
