Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

One of my most memorable teaching experiences was leading whole grade-level STEM activities when I taught fourth grade. Coordinating hands-on, collaborative experiences for an entire grade level required teamwork, flexibility, and creativity, but the energy and engagement from students made it incredibly rewarding. What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would use the funds to directly enhance student learning and engagement through hands-on, inquiry-based experiences. The funding would support high-quality STEM materials, classroom resources, and project-based learning opportunities that allow students to actively explore scientific concepts rather than passively receive information. A portion of the funds would be used to expand access to inclusive instructional tools and supports so all students—especially those fro
