Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI can’t pick just one! Everyday I encounter stories of perseverance, tenacity and courage from my students and their families. The determination to learn a new language and culture is among several of the areas I am most impressed by in my students. I tell them daily how proud I am of them and the hard work it takes to integrate into a new language and culture. The stories they share with me of their journey to the US is something I cherish and feel honored to be a safe person for them.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would probably pay some bills and travel abroad to broaden my horizons and understanding of The many cultures I serve in my school.
