Learn MoreI became a teacher because I love the subject of mathematics and wanted to share the love of math with high school students. I wanted to make a difference in the life of teenagers. I felt that teenagers still need the guidance of an adult and with my teaching I can provide hope to those students who felt lost.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was when two of my Geometry students invited me to their wedding. Both students starting dating in my class and now have married an have a daughter.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would pay off our credit card debt and remodel our bathrooms. We purchased our home in 2013 but have not been able to afford the necessary updates that our home needs. I would use some of that money to put down as a car payment for our daughter who will be graduating from high school next year.
