After serving in the Marine Corps, I served as a correctional officer. From that experience I decided I would rather spend my time looking for the best in people, rather the worst. Education offered that focus.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy first year teaching I had 7th grade student reading at a first grade level, by the end of that year we were reading at a 5th grade level.
