What would you do with the $25,000?

First, I would redesign our learning environment to make it even more engaging and calming — flexible seating, sensory tools, updated learning centers, and cozy literacy corners that invite children to fall in love with books. Second, I would expand hands-on learning materials — STEM bins, dramatic play themes, math manipulatives, and social-emotional resources that help little ones build confidence and independence. I would also invest in family engagement — hosting literacy nights.
