I became a teacher because I wanted to help other people. Teaching to me is more than a job, it’s a vocation. It’s a way to make a real impact and difference in the world and the lives of our children. I love the opportunity to teach history because it allows me to talk about one of the things I am most passionate about and to inspire my students to work to affect real change in the world.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceEveryday in the trenches is a memorable experience. However, nothing can beat that moment when the light goes on for a student.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help my classroom learning environment with educational resources for students. This would also help to pay have some existent financial debts.
