I became a teacher to not just teach students but to inspire them. To create a fun environment where learning happens naturally and goes beyond the curriculum!
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceIn 2020-21 we had ability grouped and I was teaching the struggling students and was able to meet them right where they were. We got outside, made special crafts and snacks, and learning along side them was so much FUN! We became such a close group that I ended up adopting one of the little girls and her two siblings two years later.
What would you do with the $25,000?Nothing grand. We put an addition on our house when the kids moved in so we’d love to relandscape our backyard and then just pay down the line of credit that we took so we can start saving more then their futures and ours
