I actually started subbing when I was married with kids between jobs and fell in love with the classroom. It energized me and I was then able to help young people become productive.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI had a middle s hook student who was very challenging. Years later he took a GED class I was teaching and re ignited me. He apologized for middle s hook but appreciate that I didn’t give up on him. And that I still wasn’t giving up.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’ve looked into opening a tutoring center in my city and this would help that dream come to reality.
