To get a chance to change lives every single day, impacting students in ways I might never fully see. One single moment can forever change a students confidence or career path. To not only be able to teach skills, but to help build medical students who will care for real patients.

When I have students get in contact with me years after graduation, to tell me that because of my class, they are now advanced as nurses with their entire college career being paid for, all by receiving a certification in my program. Hearing their stories, and having them come back as a guest speaker to inspire current students.

I would buy all of my students matching shirts for several years, and scrubs for every student because several students can not afford to get either, and they feel left out because our school does not provide those. I would look for field trips that we can incorporate into our medical class, and pay for it, ensuring every student can attend. Most definitely order better quality mannikins for our students to practice their skills on before they go to clinicals and practice hands on real humans.
