Learn MoreI had a couple elementary school teachers who had a huge impact on my decision to become a teacher. I have always wanted to be a teacher and I used to play school growing up. I wanted to impact children’s educational lives. I wanted to make a difference and love on children.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceI teach preschool so my most memorable teaching experience was when one of my preschoolers wrote a letter all by themselves and their face lit up and they got so excited that they did it! That’s what I love the most is seeing how excited they get! It makes the days so worth it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate a portion to the school that I work at for renovations, or a scholarship whichever they wanted to use it for. Then I would put the rest into my classroom. I would buy supplies for my students so they didn’t have to buy any for the beginning of the year.
