Tell us why you became a teacher

I loved school! I did not want learning to end! Teaching opens so many opportunities to see what you can accomplish with your students and they teach you too.....I learn from my kids everyday! I wanted to contribute to our society and pay it forward!

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

Teaching the SPED students video editing in my incredible video lab. They loved being part of the program and accomplishing what the rest of the student body was doing. Letting them create and and discover how to do this technology was so rewarding....for me and them! It was mainstreaming at its finest.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Honestly, I would take a cruise to Alaska. I have always wanted to go there however it is not in the budget! I do a lot of video editing. I would like to photo and video the countryside and the wildlife.
