I have always loved all things school related. I decided to become a teacher, because I had so many teachers that were great influences on me. I wanted to give back to my students the way my teachers gave to me.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience was when I was teaching 5th grade science. I had an opportunity to take some students to our state capitol to participate in a STEM convention. It was an amazing experience for my students to talk about the solar and wind energy projects we had completed in class.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would help my daughter pay for her college degree in marine science study.
