To be a constant in children’s life, when things are constantly changing and this world is chaotic I want to be the calm in the storm. A safe place they know they can come to and be heard, loved, and taught what they need to be successful and influential human beings.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceWhen I can provide something that ignites passion or dreams in my classroom or school wide. Finding those positive things to help show students real world connections and how amazing and bright this world can be. Looking for the positives inetead of negatives and always begin each day new. I got second chances and believe all kids should too.
What would you do with the $25,000?Spend it on things to influence our school, community, and leave a legacy/bright light for years to come to influence more than just one generation of students.
