When I was a child, I was the oldest in the neighborhood so I would always take care of the other kids and help them learn. I would tutor in high school the neighborhood elementary kids to help them be successful. I loved watching them learn and grow.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience is having the students take what they have learned and incorporate it into an interactive escape room to test their skills and knowledge to “escape” the room. I provided detective hats and sunglasses to make it more fun!
What would you do with the $25,000?Use it to pay off my student loans. One that is done I would use the rest in my classroom. I would get proper supplies for science experiments and hands on experiences for science and math. I would use the money to further my education so I can be better for my students and how to support them.
