I initially became a teacher after completing my Master's course in Spanish because I want everyone to be bilingual at minimum. But I figured the best way to lead by example was to teach another language or in the target language.

My most memorable teaching experience this school year was when my students were able to answer all my specific questions about the case study we had gone over in the Microbiome unit now that I am the 6th grade science teacher. They were able to tell the patient's demographics, symptoms, diagnosis, and gut microbiome as it changed over a span of 5 weeks.

I would use the funds personally to pay for my children's and another adult's flight and lodging to accompany me in Hawaii. I would donate portions to three churches that have an impact on my life. I would give money to St. Jude and a local Chicagoland Children's hospital. I dream of a family tradition where we help sickly children especially during the holidays by visiting and/or making gifts for them, helping out at or donating money regularly to a children's charity and/or homeless shelter.
