Tell us why you became a teacher

I enjoy coming into a classroom every day and doing the best job I can to get children to learn. I am a lifelong learner myself, and I like to inspire this on children. I believe if you take it interest in something that they do sets the tone for them to like you as a teacher and they become successful learners. I want to see them be the best they can be. I want to also inspire in them that you can do anything you want sometimes things take time and you have to be patient and then you can catch

Tell us about your most memorable teaching experience

When teaching kindergarten every child got a letter a big letter that was put on a poster and five pictures they had to find that began with that letter sound. We sang the alphabet song and we parade it into the gym in front of the whole school and parents. Each child said their letter and the five things that began with that letter sound. They learned to speak on the microphone, they learn to make their project look top notch, and they made their parents and student friends faculty. Very happy

What would you do with the $25,000?

I will be very honest, I would love to go to Hawaii. I need a vacation.!. It’s a place that interests me. Part of the money I would take and buy backpacks. I would put paper pencils markers, paint a stuffed animal I would call it the writing backpack in each kick and take it home and take turns using it at home and then bringing it back and sharing something that they did. It helps to make better writers and it’s fun.
