I became a teacher by fate but stayed by choice, I love making a difference and being a person students can see as a proper role model. I love advancing my students and live for the "Ah Ha" moments. I love waking up everyday knowing I can make a difference in someone's life. I also love teaching through sport and technology.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceMy most memorable teaching experience has had to be when my student's made Shark Tank Presentations and shared them with other teachers on campus. It was amazing to see their creativity and commitment to their bits when trying to sell their teachers their products.
What would you do with the $25,000?Being a Title 1 school I of course would use some of the money to give back to my school and upgrade my computer lab. I want to be able to teach students about the future with the proper equipment. I would definitely use my prize money to get some new tech equipment and also Sponsor a field trip for my students because they do not get those anymore. Thank you for your consideration
