I became a teacher because I had so many amazing teachers. I wanted to be like them and be a role model in the lives of the students.
Tell us about your most memorable teaching experienceOne of my students took my class because they wanted to learn to play the cello and didn't know what it was. He was in 7th grade and by the time he was a senior he was accepted to three major universities as a full scholarship student to study music. He then received a scholarship to get his master's degree and got to work with the LA inner city youth Orchestra while attending the University of Southern California. We are still in touch and he actually came back to our school and was giving priv
What would you do with the $25,000?I would create a music lesson scholarship fund to help those who can't afford private music lessons.
